Welcome to the Société Générale Online Payroll System.

In order to use the system you must log in using your Employee Number and Password. Your Employee Number can be located via PeopleSoft Self Service.

Please note the PeopleSoft reference consists of 11 digits. To convert this to the Employee Number required for this system you will need to do the following:

  • If you are on a UK contract please use the last 7 digits e.g. 02003012345 will convert to 3012345
  • If you are an Expatriate/VIE, please use the last 10 digits e.g. 02003012345 will convert to 2003012345 and GL001234567 will convert to L001234567
  • If your password is suspended please use the forgotten password option to be issued with a new password

    For ALD employees, please see your HR Representative.

    Randomly generated personal questions will be asked in the interest of security, and these questions will be pre-set by yourself when setting up your account.


    Online Payroll System Support

    To obtain a temporary password to enable you to set up your account click on [ forgotten password? ] in the sign in box. You will be prompted for your Employee Number and date of birth and these will be verified against ResourceLink (the Payroll database). If they are correct a temporary 8 DIGIT password will be sent to you by email which you will use in the sign in box as the Password to set up your account. You will be prompted for your date of birth and asked to set up three security questions. Finally you will be prompted to change your temporary password.
